Soundforum is a biweekly radio program hosted by Colin Marshall that's meant to explore the borderlands between "music" and "sound"; it's a show premised upon the assumption that anything, properly listened to, can be music. It regularly airs every other Wednesday evening at 6pm Pacific time on KCSB 91.9 FM in Santa Barbara and simultaneously streams at kcsb.org.
